What is Shito?
Shito is a savory, spicy, and smoky Ghanaian black pepper sauce. It is a versatile condiment that adds a rich umami depth to almost any meal.
How should I store my Shito?
Unopened jars should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep your jar refrigerated and always use a clean, dry spoon to maintain freshness.
What are the main ingredients?
Our Shito is made with vegetable oil, onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, a custom blend of peppers, and traditional dried fish and shrimp. Contains: Fish and Crustaceans (Shrimp).
Subscription & Billing
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you'll receive a fresh delivery of Shito every month. Your payment method will be charged automatically on the same day each month (the anniversary of your first order).
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You are in total control. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. Please ensure changes are made at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel after your first jar if you wish, though we think you'll be back for more!
Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
What is your return policy?
Because our Shito is a handmade food product, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your jar arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours and we will send a replacement immediately.
