Subscription Terms of Service
By purchasing a subscription to D&S Homemade Shito, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our recurring delivery service.

1. Recurring Billing
By starting a D&S Homemade Shito subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method a recurring monthly fee at the then-current subscription rate. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date (e.g., if you sign up on the 15th, you will be billed on the 15th of every subsequent month).

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. To prevent being billed for the following month, you must cancel your subscription through your customer account portal at least 5 business days before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Post-Billing Cancellations: If you cancel after a payment has already been processed, you will receive the final shipment for that month, and your subscription will terminate thereafter. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.

3. Managing Your Subscription
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address and payment information are up to date. You can manage your delivery frequency, update your address, or change your payment method by logging into your account on our website.

4. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), Shopify will automatically attempt to re-charge the card. If payments continue to fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and no further product will be shipped until a valid payment method is provided.

5. Product Modifications
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices or the composition of our Shito recipes. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice via email before any price changes take effect, giving you ample time to cancel if you wish.

6. Communication
By subscribing, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding your monthly billing, shipment tracking, and any essential updates to your subscription service.
