At D&S Homemade Shito, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following flat-rate shipping within the United Kingdom:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak times or public holidays.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages & Issues
Since our Shito is packaged in glass/sealed jars, please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at dands.shito@gmail.com with a photo of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to international shipping soon!
