Refund policy
At D&S Homemade Shito, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our artisanal sauces. Due to the perishable nature of our food products and for the safety of all our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.
Subscription Terms
By signing up for a D&S Homemade Shito subscription, you acknowledge that you will be charged on a recurring monthly basis.
- Cancellations: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please ensure you cancel at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
- Final Sale: All monthly subscription renewals are considered final sale once the payment has been processed and the product has entered fulfillment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not offer returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If your jar arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dands.shito@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product.
- We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, we will send a replacement jar in your next shipment or as a one-time replacement.
Exceptions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- Orders that are marked as "Delivered" by the courier but are missing (please contact the courier directly for these instances).
- Personal taste preferences.
